What is Plaintiffs’ Law?
Plaintiffs’ lawyers represent individuals or groups who have been harmed in a wide range of practice areas, including consumer rights, labor and employment, antitrust violations, securities fraud, personal injury, civil rights, privacy, and more.
Many Plaintiff-side firms are also public interest or civil rights firms that are mission-driven and assist underrepresented people or causes. They may utilize tools such as class action, or seek injunctive or declaratory relief, that impact a broad group of people.
